The site is provided as-is for information. We try to keep it accurate, but nothing here is a binding offer until we have sent you a written scope and you have accepted it.

Prices shown are a starting point for typical work. The actual price is whatever is in your written scope.

Client work

Each engagement is defined by a written scope covering what is being built, what it costs, and roughly when. That document takes precedence over anything on this site.

You own the result. The domain is registered in your name and the source code is yours. We do not hold either as leverage.

Hosting and availability

Where we host a site, we run monitoring, backups and patching as described on the Services page. No hosting is immune to failure: we do not promise uninterrupted service, we promise that when something breaks you reach the people who built it.

Liability

We are responsible for doing the work we agreed to a professional standard. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
